The website for the annual CPDP Conference on privacy. Due to the COVID pandemic the event took place online. We created an online platform were we integrated live video sessions via a custom streaming solution provided by Slash9 Productions.
As the organisation had strict guidelines on how user data was handled we created a custom solution in which we transformed a Wordpress app to handle live video, a chat box, and live visuals that were generated on the spot (based on the time of day and the panels themselves) and were being used in the live sessions as well.
At peak times the platform was handling 5 separate streams and chat channels at the same time for 1.500 - 1.700 participants.
